Terms governing use of openhaul.com and OpenHaul public pages. Carrier, shipper, and load documents remain separate written agreements.

Using the site

By using openhaul.com, OpenHaul public tracking pages, or other public OpenHaul pages, you agree to these terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the site.

What this site is

This site gives information about OpenHaul and lets visitors contact us, send lane details, or use load-specific tracking pages.

The site is not a shipper contract, carrier agreement, rate confirmation, bill of lading, insurance document, payment promise, or offer to contract. Those documents are separate written agreements.

Information you send

If you submit information through the site, by email, by phone, or by text, you confirm that you have authority to send it and that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

We may use submitted information to respond, quote freight, coordinate loads, support carrier or driver communications, and keep business records.

Operational text messages

OpenHaul may send operational text messages about assigned loads, including tracking links, dispatch support, and related load updates.

Reply STOP to opt out of texts from the OpenHaul tracking number. Reply HELP for help. SMS terms are available on this site's SMS terms page.

Use the site as intended

You may use the site for ordinary business purposes, including learning about OpenHaul, contacting us, submitting lane details, and using assigned tracking links.

You may not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape non-public systems, misuse tracking links, impersonate another person, or use the site for unlawful activity.

OpenHaul content

The OpenHaul name, wordmark, site design, text, images, and other content belong to OpenHaul or its licensors.

You may not copy, reuse, or modify OpenHaul brand assets or site content except as allowed by law or with written permission.

Disclaimers and limits

The site is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every use.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, OpenHaul is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the site.

These terms are governed by the laws of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of the page shows the current version.
