We collect information you give us directly, including names, business contact details, lane details, shipment information, carrier contact details, and messages sent to OpenHaul.
If you receive an OpenHaul tracking text for an assigned load, we may process your phone number, text delivery status, opt-out status, and browser location data only after you open the tracking link and allow location sharing.
We may also collect basic technical information such as device, browser, log, and security data when you use our website or tracking pages.

How we use it
We use information to respond to requests, quote and move freight, coordinate with shippers and carriers, support assigned loads, protect our systems, keep business records, and comply with law.
For tracking, we use driver location data to help dispatch monitor one assigned load. Location tracking starts only after the driver allows browser location sharing.

OpenHaul does not sell mobile phone numbers, SMS consent, or SMS opt-in data.

We may share SMS-related data with vendors who help us deliver, secure, and support OpenHaul operational messages. Those vendors may use the data only to provide those services to OpenHaul.
